Meditation with Kim
Breathing through the Messy Middle
My Approach
Meditation With Kim is the personal teaching space of Kim Milone, a certified mindfulness teacher, longtime meditator, and fellow human navigating the complexity of midlife, menopause, relationships, caregiving, grief, professional reinvention, and everything in between.
Here you’ll find down-to-earth meditation instruction, compassion-centered courses, and personalized support to help you create space—for breath, for healing, for insight—in the middle of your very real life.

About Kim
Meditation Instructor, Coach
Kim Milone, JD
I’m a longtime practitioner of secular mindfulness and Buddhist-informed meditation. I’m certified through Susan Piver’s Open Heart Project and Ralph De La Rosa’s Amplify Teacher Training. I am currently completing my Yin Yoga and trauma-informed movement teacher certification.
I believe that meditation doesn’t remove our messiness—it just helps us relate to it with more tenderness, awareness, and space. I teach from my own lived experience of anxiety, grief, professional pressure, and healing.
You can also find me teaching through Intentional Legal where I work with professionals in high-stakes, high-stress fields like law, mediation, and social work.
